Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days) or UPS Ground (1 week), depending on the size of the product. You will receive a tracking number directly from the shipping company when your order ships from the studio. Orders ship from our Austin studio once a week.
If you'd like to expedite your shipping or add delivery confirmation, please contact us prior to placing your order. All orders are packaged with the utmost care to make sure they arrive to you safe and in a timely manner.
Exchanges
Because Canoe products are handmade, we cannot accept returns on our merchandise. We do accept exchanges for store credit. We want your order to bring a smile to your face, so please contact us if you have any concerns and we'll do our best to set things right. Retreats and events are non-refundable.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
